Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, utilizing NetSuite to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, leveraging NetSuite's capabilities to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, and manage the integration of NetSuite with other manufacturing systems to optimize workflow and data synchronization.
Qualifications
7+ years of accounting experience handling AP/AR/GL/Month End
Strong proficiency in technical accounting, audit, month and fiscal close
Proficiency in NetSuite ERP including administration and user trainings
Strong background in public accounting, CPA preferred
