Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry and leading the first dedicated EV mass-production plant, is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Assistant Quality Assurance Manager. This innovative plant boasts cutting-edge production technology, making it an exciting environment for professionals looking to make an impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs, under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Monitor and analyze customer complaints, collaborating with the service team to develop action plans that address identified issues, as directed by the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures, with oversight from the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop and implement cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures, guided by the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Lead supplier factory inspections and part analysis to identify quality issues and drive improvements, reporting findings to the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues, as directed by the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Visit dealerships to investigate specific instances of customer complaints and work to identify root causes, under the direction of the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Improvement Assistant Manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Travel Requirement

Domestic / International travel required.
