The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner m anages recruitment process for field management level positions. Sources, recruits, and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open positions; develops and maintains rel ationship s with recruiting sources ( e.g. social m edia , internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspaper, online, etc.) and job fairs to identify , sou rce, and recruit qualified candidates that help the organization meet their hiring needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Sources passive and active talent through Indeed, LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Conducts internal and external interviews and provides follow-up and feedback to candidates where appropriate .
  • Maintains job postings on job boards, social media and other recruitment methods.
  • Ensures compliance with company processes .
  • Assists in the creation, development and drafting of policies, procedures and programs ( e.g. Hiring Policy, Sourcing and attracting candidates, Employment Marketing Initiatives, Branding Campaigns, Referral Programs, etc. ).
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport .
  • Works with field management to ensure understanding of current and future workforce needs.
  • Bui l ds pipelines of quali fied talent , schedules and c onducts interviews, and mak e s offers of employment.
  • Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality .
  • Determines recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
  • Ability to work extended wor kdays to support business needs and travel up to 20%.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You are a true partner to hiring leaders, always thinking about how to elevate the teams' talent with each hire and drive the business forward.

  • You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • You appreciate the complexity and nuance involved in delivering a truly stellar recruiting experience, and you are passionate about continuing to perfect your craft.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ total experience with full life cycle recruiting in a f ast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred.
  • Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of serv ice
  • Excellent Relationship Managemen t experience for both the hiring team and candidate .
  • Expert name generation, networking and candidate mapping skills .
  • High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities .
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000-95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
