Data Analyst - Compensation Team

Hybrid position - will work onsite 2-3 days a week in New York City

Must be elgible for a Top Secret Security Clearance

55.00-60.00 Hourly W2

No Corp to Corp or 3rd party agences.

• Strong excel skills and working with compensation.

The Data Analyst will be working on a Bank-wide initiative that has taken a tremendous number of hours from the core team to design, set up, and deliver a holistic job review and compensation which follows guldelines to ensure all positions are compensated fairly. This is a collaborative project involving several sponsors. The core team is made up of multiple stakeholders including PMO, Recognition, Organization Effectiveness, and the Internal Communications teams) and Corporate Matters in Legal centered around compensation.

In this position you will

• Use a variety of tools and techniques, perform hands-on data analysis to transform, model and visualize structured and unstructured data to prepare it for downstream consumers
• Provide support to management and business users who are looking to leverage data and analytical tools and techniques
• Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects for self and team.
• Gain a deep understanding of the business concepts underlying assigned data assets and their associated data models.

• Foundational experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting and basic project management
