Plant Supervisor -

We're seeking a results-oriented Plant Manager who embodies our core values to oversee all aspects of our production facility. In this key role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth operations, high-quality products, and a safe work environment.

What you'll do:

• Strategize and implement best practices for plant operations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
• Oversee building maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Ensure the ongoing functionality of all plant equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality Control team to ensure quality control measures in place to prevent product defects.
• Provide administrative support across various departments.
• Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
• Lead and manage a team including plant supervisor, material handler and production personnel.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in training and development.
• Understanding of inventory control principles (courses a plus).
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) (preferred).
• Familiarity with GP/Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
• Expertise in batch production processes (preferred).
• A commitment to safety and quality.
