The Account Project Manager oversees and delivers multichannel marketing campaigns across various verticals. This person is highly customer-centric and thrives working closely with clients, internal operators, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation and execution. An Account Project Manager consistently delivers excellent customer service and amplifies our reputation as a leading media and marketing resource for local and national advertisers, building and strengthening these external relationships to form lasting partnerships.


They will leverage their client service or enablement experience to partner with sales in handling all aspects of a marketing campaign’s lifecycle, from setup and coordination with various departments through delivery and reporting, ensuring project objectives are met and fully delivered. They are

well-spoken, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with multi-tasking, and highly organized, and they thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.


Must haves include hands-on experience with campaign management, advertising product knowledge, and 2-3 years of support experience in a sales or media environment, with a proven track record of nurturing strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams to execute all aspects of advertising and digital marketing campaigns to ensure a timely start and full delivery
  • Serve as a singular point of contact for all information and processes regarding campaign execution
  • Manage and process creative requests while guiding advertising best practices and proof deliverables for brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Establish trust and rapport with day-to-day clients; assist with the resolution of any issues that arise
  • Manage campaign projects in the project management tool working with various marketing service departments, sales, and media operations to ensure campaign tracking, monitoring, and reporting of all campaign performance
  • Assist Sales teams in achieving revenue targets and confirm all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to project success metrics
  • Continually review campaign and project performance to ensure budgets and metrics are pacing to goal; troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Execute campaign strategy and set clear and achievable campaign goals
  • Provide other operational support to the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams as needed
  • Provide campaign wrap-up reporting and manage communication and project completion in the project management platform
  • Responsible for taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their concerns
  • Assist with new client onboarding and communicate key deliverables, requirements, and project timelines across cross-functional teams
  • Gain and maintain client industry knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Must have prior client services experience: 2+ years in digital marketing preferred; 2-3 years of advertising operations or support experience in a sales or media environment
  • Prior experience with digital marketing solutions, various advertising products, project management platforms, and CRM tools preferred
  • Comfortable building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Able to understand data and project performance and identify critical insights within the results
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to move nimbly in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time across multiple project workstreams.
  • Dependable, punctual, and exhibits an ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Flexible in adjusting to shifting priorities, goals, procedures, and essential duties
  • Able to interact productively and positively with fellow employees and all levels of management
  • Must be capable of effective and independent problem-solving and active collaboration on solution development
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
