Marketing Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: San Bruno, California or Hoboken, New Jersey

Compensation Range: $40.76 - 46.20 per hour

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee marketing initiatives from concept to completion!

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be critical to supporting the Marketing Operations Senior Manager and ensuring team operations, P1 project management, and general support are provided across the Marketing Team. Some of the teams you will work with include Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing. You will work closely with the Directors/Senior Managers of these teams to support team operations, P1 project management, and become an integral partner to ensure processes are established and followed through on. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This role is hybrid to Hoboken, NJ or San Bruno, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Operations Senior Manager in wide scope project management.
• Own note-taking and action planning feedback for meetings.
• Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations.
• Gather facts and understand Ways of Working (WoW) across the organization.
• Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on processes. Work in an agile model.
• Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to streamline ways of working.
• Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure teams are using the new project management tool to its potential.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors
• 5+ years of experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing organization.
• Experience in change management.
• Great at building PowerPoint decks.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized in thought and execution.
• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations.
• Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations.
• Loves process and thinking through ways of working in an agile model.
• Has experience with complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Workfront is required.
• High EQ - ability to read the room/zoom.
• Project management experience with campaigns, understanding milestones, and seeing the bigger picture to understand how timelines and processes intersect. Email marketing and Brand marketing project management experience is a plus!
