Team1Medical is partnering with an accredited podiatry clinic seeking a Bilingual Medical Phone Operator to join their team! As the Bilingual Medical Phone Operator, you will answer incoming and outbound phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel and department. Bilingual Medical Phone Operator’s Responsibilities
Answer phone lines (inbound and outbound) and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
Handle patient messages; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Scan and file documents into the company’s database.
Bilingual Medical Phone Operator’s Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
