$50,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Development Coordinator

Full-time permanent, non-exempt

Monday through Friday, 10 am–6 pm 

Hybrid: one day remote, four days in person


Reporting to the Director of Development & External Affairs, the full-time Development Coordinator will be an advocate for Print Center New York’s programmatic and audience goals at 535 West 24th Street, in the heart of the city’s West Chelsea arts district. This is a new role within a growing team that will be the first point of contact for a loyal and growing donor base; the ideal candidate can both identify and embrace new opportunities. This position will also liaise with a dedicated Board of Trustees and development-related Trustees Committees. This is a career building opportunity for an individual who wants to join an organization at a dynamic moment of growth and potential. This candidate will be comfortable with the basics of fundraising including prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This position is geared towards professional growth and over time will have the opportunity to execute new strategies and introduce new revenue streams. They should be friendly, responsive, and focused on providing a high standard of respect and professionalism for our diverse and inclusive community. Administrative tasks are key responsibilities of the role including implementing donor communications and acknowledgements; supporting the membership program; and supporting meetings and materials for the Board of Trustees.
