Sr. Supply Chain Statistical Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to help grow the onsemi supply chain’s Advanced Analytics capabilities. This is an opportunity to impact a growing, $8B+ enterprise that recognizes the need to leverage modern data technologies and methods to help solve critical business problems. You will own driving and designing our statistical demand forecast model.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML vision for onsemi’s supply chain and set a plan to achieve it.
• Work with IT, Data Science, Business Units, and other key stakeholders to deliver new solutions.
• Analyze data sets including demand forecasts, revenue forecasts, inventory, logistics planning, and supplier performance to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and work with IT and Data Science teams to implement a statistical model that accurately forecasts demand across thousands of customers and parts.
• Define KPIs for key AI/ML initiatives to improve demand forecasting, revenue forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to build dashboards in Tableau and present complex supply chain insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed a degree in supply chain, business, data science, business analytics, artificial intelligence, information systems, applied/traditional statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing an accurate AI/ML forecasting model in the semiconductor industry.
• At least >4 years of experience within supply chain, data science, IT, or manufacturing areas.
• Experience with supply chain concepts including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with modeling techniques like time-series algorithms, linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees etc.
• Familiarity with probability distributions and risk analysis simulation techniques like Monte Carlo
  
  

Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $121,500 to$206,500 Range exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
