Area Middle School_ Head Basketball Coach (Lithonia MS) 2024-2025

Lithonia MIddleSchool is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Coach who has a passion for working with high school students. The ideal candidate should have excellent instructional delivery skills and the ability to communicate to various stakeholders.

Title: Head Baseball Coach

The successful candidate must have the ability to instruct athletes in game techniques and strategies to prepare them for competition and determine the need for individual or team improvement. The coach oversees the daily practice schedule of the student athlete. The coach also complies with any reasonable oral or written directive of the principal or other appropriate administrator.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of athletic equipment;
• Maintain accurate student records for athletic eligibility;
• Maintain up to date knowledge of first aid techniques;
• Maintain locker room and playing facilities.
  
  

Education And/Or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in relevant educational field required.
  
  

Certificates, Licenses, Permits

• Valid Professional Standards Commission approved certificate in appropriate educational field at level T-4 or above required.
