Role overview:

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the administration and day-to-day support of our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com platform. The administrator will work closely with business leaders and salesforce architects to develop and support business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce.com platform. This position will be a hybrid role based in our Murray, Utah headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce
  • Develop high quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce
  • Manage user set-up, profiles, roles, passwords
  • Build and maintain customer processes in Salesforce using objects, flows and automations
  • Maintain and optimize Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
  • Provide Reports and Dashboards as requested by business leaders
  • Create/maintain workflows, validation rules, and automated processes
  • Ensure data hygiene across applications, including de-dup and import/export of data
  • Run Data Backups and Database maintenance reports periodically
  • Manage any Salesforce data feeds and out-of-the-box integrations
  • Create/customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts
  • Perform mass updates in the Salesforce instance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Must have a Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with data migration and integration
  • Strong understanding of data management, business processes and workflows

Preferred experience:

  • Amazon Connect/AWS experience - AWS Lambda - Routing Flows - Contact Lens
  • Omni-channel flow experience
  • Presence configurations - Omnichannel routing - Omnichannel supervisor configurations
  • Third party app/service integration experience
  • Experience in administration or setup of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
