About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing projects for mechanical contractors and have successfully handled budgets of $5 million or more on commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of new construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure all project specifications and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that arise, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical contracting industry.
• Proven experience managing budgets of $5 million or more on commercial and industrial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Preferred candidates will have experience across all three trades (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Specialization in sheet metal/HVAC or process/industrial piping is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
