Position Overview: The Sports Card Shipping Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing, packaging, and shipping of sports cards and related memorabilia. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining high standards of quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in item selection, quantities, and shipping details.
Packaging: Safely package sports cards and memorabilia using appropriate materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipping. Report any discrepancies or issues to the shipping manager.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is not required. Knowledge of sports is also not required.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle and process high-value items.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
