Sr Director - M&A Integration

You will be a key member of the small, highly functioning Honeywell Corporate Development (M&A) function at HON. You will be responsible for leading/supporting all aspects of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including joint ventures and alliances, for the promotion of Honeywell’s growth objectives. You will be required to work with extensive cross-functional teams in the execution of duties. You will provide M&A guidance and process leadership to business segment teams in the field and have frequent contact with the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development.

- Ensure compliance
- Manage teams
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is strongly preferred
- Extensive experience in direct M&A transaction execution experience
- Superior financial and analytical skills, including valuation methodologies
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written),
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative/team approach to execution
- Solid judgment and influencing skills to provide impetus to “get deals done”
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work within a cross functional team
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to gain buy-in
- Strategic insight into “corporate fit” of proposed transactions.
