We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director, Corporate Finance to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

The Director will work across the Brands and Corporate to drive operational efficiency across the company’s brand and group functions. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will play a pivotal part in providing strategic financial insights on the company’s performance, including global costs. Specific responsibilities may include

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Establish reporting and dashboards on financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and track progress against financial goals.
  • Evaluate company’s operating model and cost allocation structure and deliver strategies to drive increased accountability and visibility.
  • Identify cost drivers, opportunities for efficiency, and drive implementation of cost control measures, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure saving strategies and actions.
  • Enhance monitoring, business steering tools, and real-time insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Implement strategies to enhance forecast accuracy through refined data analysis, improved forecasting methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Finance processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Treasury, IR, Corporate Strategy, and Brands to ensure alignment of financial plans and objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and the Board of Directors, highlighting financial performance, trends, and key insights.


This role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in management consulting is a plus. Other qualifications include

  • Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to drive and influence transformation and change initiatives within a complex organization, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to foster buy-in and collaboration across functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, financial modeling and forecasting approaches.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software; experience with SAP ERP systems and Oracle Planning a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Salary range $180,00-$225,000 depending on experience
