He mislead me to believe he was making right on the price he told me, or else returning the phones we purchased. We have paid the extra amount for 3 months now and he has not stayed in contact with me. The store manager only will tell me to work with the person who helped me get the phones. He was very unprofessional and promised to make things right no matter what but now he has told me he does not have time to deal with my problem and is very busy. I cannot keep paying the amount we are paying and have called 611 multiple times to try to have some type of resolve with no luck. I have all the messages he sent me as well. I went into the store and waited over an hour for the manager to tell me he will reach out once the issue is resolved. Went back in the next day after not hearing anything and his co workers said he was in the back on an important phone call - I waited an hour and had to leave. I told them please have him call me - I'm not sure where this stands. This proceeds to happen 5 days in a row with no contact from the manager. October 8 the money is withdrawn from my account! Finally on day 6 I receive a text from Connor the manager saying you'll receive a check in the mail in 2 weeks. I said please call me i have questions and the address on my account is outdated. He says he is busy on an important phone call. Go figure.</P><P>Moral of the story is Verizon took 200$ from my bank account and there was literally nothing I could do about it. If i wouldn't have noticed the withdraw I would have been none the wiser. I got Verizon to come out and set up a connection to our apartment, and we have the CR1000A router and an E3200 Extender.&nbsp;</P><P>Our WiFi has been experiencing brief disconnection issues in the evening and everything we have tried has failed to yield a solution. We have tried to reboot, factory reset, change the cords, replace the ONT, and nothing has been resolved. I have spent 10+ hours on the phone with customer support. I asked them to check the PON card and one support agent last week told me that the PON card is indeed faulty, and told me that he scheduled technicians to come today (9/7/2024) to fix the card. He made sure to emphasize that he saw a problem with the PON card and that it is super important that it be fixed.</P><P>They never came. After 2 more hours on the phone today, during which the agent told me he saw no plans to ever have someone come out, he was <STRONG>unable to confirm</STRONG> that the PON card was a problem, but instead believed that the problem must lie within the home. He sent a technician who actually did come, and that technician replaced the ONT. Sure enough, we experienced the ongoing problem a mere hour after that guy left.
