Impossible to log in. Keeps sending me a verification email and doesn't move forward after click. Has a skip button, but doesn't skip step. Asks me to log in when I switch accounts and asks for 2-step verification when I'm using my phone (in 2024), when we have biometric safety that cannot be hacked... I'd use the website, but it doesn't send me the OTP it should. What a great experience.

"This is the worst app I have ever used. There is no option for voice call recharges, only showing international call offers. There were two options available, but neither clearly indicated whether they were for national or international use. I ended up recharging for international calls instead of regular voice calls. Additionally, the network is terrible; in most outer areas, the data doesn't work properly. It's better to port to Etisalat than deal

Nuisance design. When you are trying to recharge, there is no simple way to just find features you want. You have to dig around in the app for 20 minutes unless you just want to have whatever you bought last again. Also, the choice to lock users out from recharging if the bundle runs out is just *top* level stupid.
