This is the worst service prodvider app I've ever seen. And the develope keeps it updated to make sure the functions that barely worked before not cease to work at all. Auto topup have never worked, but recently the manual topup with MBWay and Google Pay stopped working as well. The current version forced the unnecessary two-factor auth - now it is compulsory, and the whole service stopped working altogether. The app just says "We're Sorry" after you log in and fill all the unnecessary forms.

App is now forcing people to set up two tactor authentication. I never used it and don't want to use it. However, the app doesn't let us login if we don't bend over and use the two factor authentication. So, if an app cannot be used, its useless. So, one star and just because I can't give zero. And now, how do I know the references to pay my bills?

The internet is ok but the charge feels like robbery. Itd be much easier to have this connected to like my Google account or whatever, but you dont make it like this so there's the possibility of me forgetting to open it to pay and end up paying the fee. Also the app constantly doesn't work, I'm right now trying to click on the bill to pay it and it says sorry, an error occurred accessing the service. Its mad how no portuguese website or app is even functional.
