Most fraudulent company in the world! Both their online support as well as in store employees continuously lie to you. Telling you you have been given unlimited data, then all of a sudden you don't have any data. Oh yes. Because it was a lie. None of the support staff does anything about it, instead they continue to lie. It is active fraud. Do not use Entel!! Regarding contacting them: I have contacted them dozens of times. They just close the chat. Fraud!

The app doesn't work at all. Can't check my GBs, can't pay my bill, nothing. What's the purpose of this. The previous simple app worked for everything and when they changed it nothing works. I called and went to an office and was told it's my problem and oh well!

The last build could not even be called a beta build, they shipped their "updated design" with most of, if not every mandatory feature broken and are trying to repair it on the go. This attitude towards product fidelity is unacceptable when you're talking about something that people depend on, like a carrier service
