This app has changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it's accurate. I have changed my makeup, face cleansing, hair and skin hydration, and night time moisturizing routines based on its information. I've also started checking every item I'm interested in buying when I scroll through online stores. A quick check on Yuka and I know right away if there's anything harmful for me in that product. GREAT app. Free to use, but worth the full edition.

Fantastic app for finding and rating the health of prepared food or personal care items. Been using it for a few months, and it's been very quick to pick up on the problem ingredients. Only hiccup was with a product that was a soda where caramel color was flagged, as there are 4 different types - 2 are made from a chemical process and have many downsides to your health - however the app didn't pick up that there was an asterisk indicating that was organic, making it not possible to be those 2.

It's a great app. It would be perfect if you could add in the chemicals that aren't registering when updating ingredient lists. EG, these tortilla chips I bought had a rating of 90, and I updated the ingredient list, and it counted the questionable silicon dioxide, dropping the rating down to in the 40s. BUT it didn't count the brilliant blue fcf (known to cause tumours and cancer) or the allura red eyes in the mix. I want to know exactly what I'm eating, and things like that should be included.
