Terrible app, not recommended. I topped up via the app, and it even said that recharge was successful, but then nothing. It didn't register on the app. But the money was charged. I had to go to the office and recharge again to get the internet package that I needed. So I paid twice for it. I contacted support several times, and it's been almost a month already, but my payment wasn't refunded. I feel like support isn't interested at all in communicating with me. They're not responding to emails.

this app keeps crashing. I was unable to deactivate my daily data plan through the app as the app crashed eveytime I click on anything. only way to deactive plans is through ussd code. I tried reinstalling the app, and for the first use it worked, then went back to crashing again. VERY inconvenient.

Unbelievably bad apps this one and the other du pay app. BOTH APPS DON'T WORK!!!! They keep loading infinitely without opening!!!!!!!!!! BAD TOO BAD experience At the time when I tried to check the available bundles and when I tried to transfer the money!!!!!! Not just like that, NO CUSTOMER-SUPPORT ON CHAT OR CALL. HOW TO CONTACT THEM? This is why I came here to put my words so may, and perhaps someone will take these notes and fix the apps.
