Today, on August 3, 2024, I went zain office sania mall Jeddah to port my Sawa SIM to Zain due to signal issues at my home. The representative informed me that I could not port to a prepaid connection and must switch to a postpaid connection, which costs 75 SAR for only 10 GB of data. However, a prepaid connection is available for 79 SAR with 30 GB of data. After checking the Zain application the option to port to a prepaid connection is indeed available. I don't know why defferent rools

The worst mobile company and worst mobile app. Once you activate a package they will renew your package when it expires. And you not in need of that package. And they don't tell you how to deactivate a package. For example I activate international minutes package for oneday. So I need minutes for oneday then why you activate everyday?????? And there is no option in mobile app to deactivate a package.

Now new money heist started by zain, i paid full amount of 115 + 398 Sar, for fiber home basic installation on 11 August 2024. Until now no service or product or line delivered. visited zain office, they say call 959, i call 959 they don't know how to resolve. Guys be careful and stay away from zain. Or you lose money like me. Worst service, they will automatically subscribe you for any random service, and start charging you daily, until you become bankrupt.
