Can't view my "Usage and Package... keep getting "Unable to Load Data" "Try again"... been like this for the past few days!!! Too many gadgets and graphics on this app!!! Finally I uninstalled the apps completely and reinstalled and refused all "Notifications and Locations" now the app is back to normal, able to "Load my Data" much faster!!!

Used to be basic, but worked ok - then someone has tried to make it look good with pictures and animations - and made a pigs ear of it - obviously trying to do something beyond their capability. Now it's always slow to get into, and since the update on 3rd September, it won’t load beyond 56.1% - so absolutely pointless really. Please can we have the basic one back. Thank you

Took a long time to load their marketing banner. You view bills, you have to wait for OTP for each bill. The latest one doesn't support older version of Android. if your phone has bootloader unlocked, even without root, it won't let you open the app. AIS really makes it hard for their subscribers to use their services.
