So far it's been okay but I have half the issues with losing connection I have $25 plan I've had visible for 2 years and I was a previous customer when they had unthrottled and unlimited ever I wish they would go back to the unthrottled and uncapped data because the $45 plan is not worth $45 The speeds aren't that great I mean it's not bad for what you get but the $25 plan is somewhat decent but I have been thinking of switching to boost

I could not port over a number. I was stuck getting a constant error. Chatted with support, she even called me, but could not figure it out. Not sure what the issue is, I was able to port 2 other numbers, no problem. The phone is paid and unlocked, not number locked either. I will try again later.

I just switched over to visible as it's more affordable for me at this time, and the experience with setting everything up hasn't been so smooth. I had to create a whole new account because the one I originally made was terminated, and I've never even used visible before now. I just made an account when I was close to getting it. I finally got everything resolved, and the app is pretty bad, at least for me, and idk why. It keeps signing me out, and I can't even log in! I've tried 3 times
