One you get it up and running it's fine. BUT, firstly, need to add credit before you can add a plan. Can only add in multiples of 10, so want a plan costing 35? Then pay 40. Want the 40? Well, add 40, but then if not a local, you will be charged a 6% sales tax. I don't mind paying this tax, but now I have 37.5 (ish) credit, so can't afford the 40 ringit plan. Spoke to the shop for advice, just add another 10 on. So that's now 50 for the 40 plan. App is glitchy and frequently comes up with error

With the new update, Umobile makes it even harder for people managing multiple prepaid lines. Imagine having to go back and forth with number owners to get OTPs And to link accounts, you will first have to get the billing number. For unknown reasons, you can only get it from their physical bill, they want to charge you rm5/mo for that. Not only moving backwards environmentally, and also charging exorbitant amount for physical bills. No idea if it's easy to cancel or another trap of theirs

App plans are undetailed and are meant to cause scams, after my plan expired I checked multiple times for a new plan and found one that worked for 7 days, I triple checked the details and the category to make sure it wasn't reliant on an active plan. It activated for one day then deactivated.Umobile refused to refund me my money even though it's their lack of detail that caused it. Customer service is hard to contact as their line is busy at all times and they're super slow in email replies.
