I just switched over to visible as it's more affordable for me at this time, and the experience with setting everything up hasn't been so smooth. I had to create a whole new account because the one I originally made was terminated, and I've never even used visible before now. I just made an account when I was close to getting it. I finally got everything resolved, and the app is pretty bad, at least for me, and idk why. It keeps signing me out, and I can't even log in! I've tried 3 times

I made the switch! So far it's great service and a great price. visible is transparent with their plan pricing. if you have to have a live person via telephone then check out their help/chat option first; it's a bot pretty difficult to get to live chat, sends you in a loop. but that's something I'm willing to deal with for $25 monthly 🎉

So far, so good. It's working great! I had a little of a tough time setting it up. It took a while as their email instructions don't seem to match up with what the instructions on their website say. Their website instructions were easier to figure out. It had to do with the steps required to activate service and install the Sim card. If you don't do it correctly, it won't work. Everything is working fine now! I hope I'm happy with it as this will save me big money.
