Poorest designed App out there. When you try to pay your bill AFTER logging into your account you still need to go back into your email to find your account number and amount owing. It's a pointless app, can't do anything direct from it as simple as setting up pre authorized payments. And NO, I will not reach out to your robot to look into this.

Never works when you actually need it. For example if you run out of data and need to buy more. Or you are roaming and need to turn on roaming. If I was a skeptic or conspiracy theorist I would say they do it on purpose so you end paying more. But it could be I'm really unlucky or it's a bad app ... I wonder about other people's experiences

This app is fine when it works but I've been unable to open it for a couple of weeks. I have no idea how much data I have left, I can't use my data up bonus, and currently I won't be able to top up. The loading screen just goes round and round and never opens
