The latest iteration of this app has been a step backward in my opinion. Nothing ever seems to work as it should except the top up section of course. The previous version of the app was almost perfect. This version has broken many things. Simple things such as your remaining data balance and such doesn't seem to work properly anymore. The new UI in my opinion isn't as intuitive. Please fix. 🙏🏾

Absolutely the worst. Digicel can't fix either their website or their app, for months any attempt to use either leads to either total failure, the page constantly refreshing endlessly, or the app throwing an unexpected character error and crashing. In this day and age to have to visit a Digicel office just to top up your phone is ridiculous. Might well switch to bmobile because at least their website works.

Previously used to work somewhat (sometimes had UI layout bugs), but now it's just saying error code 400. Basically unusable. Sent email to report problem but no reply.
