When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

Without a doubt one of the worst login experiences I've ever had with an app. It constantly resets and requires me to click a link texted link to login, then I have to go through the biometric login setup all over again. I've been a Vodafone customer for many years and this app has always been one of the jankiest login experiences ever. Biometric has never worked once. Gets 3 stars because once in it works ok, mostly, but loses 2 stars as the user experience using the app suxxxxxxxxxx.

Downloaded this app several times over the last year but still cannot get it to open. When I finally manage it I get referred back to the website anyway. Takes an age to pay my bill. I remember that once upon a time it worked fine. Will probably uninstall again. I give up.

Useless. Always glitches and dropping out is bad enough but when the details of the services come up as completely different $ amounts to what you actually pay, it makes the app 100% useless! Had me running into my local Vodafone store stressed out because I apparently had a $400 bill according to the app when I didn't. And again as I write this it has my billing info completely wrong! Its an actual joke, pull your head in Vodphone and fix it.
