I never cared for updates, since I thought "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I get forced to update, now IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. Thanks to that "Update", all I get is a blank white screen after it says "loading". Nothing to click on, no question to log in or anything, just white emptiness. Had to bother with my password and whatnot again, defeating the purpose of the App: convenience. Wouldn't use the app if the other options weren't even worse!!!!!

Completely rude and mean and disgusting behavior! Not only that they hang up on you if you can't talk German but also if you try to talk German a bit they get annoyed and hang up again. The app also don't have a english version. In all of my life I have never had a worse experience in customer service! I honestly don't know why this sim card still exists. 😐 Even one star is too much!

It's hard to register. I had to go to Aldi for help it was impossible to do self registration. And after that, i always got error registering. My card still doesn't work, money wasted.....
