Pros 1. A way for young kids to learn some responsibility and independence while parents can maintain safety. 2. Great first "phone" 3. Easy to use 4. Overall I do recommend Cons 1. Often crashes or freezes 2. Multiple times I've gone onto the app to locate my child only to be told I have to update it first 3. My child and 2 friends all got the same watch but they can't contact each other via text.

Sometimes the app logs me out and I won't receive new notifications from my son's watch. There is not text prediction/suggestion when typing a message to my son's watch. Sometimes the notification and the messages in the conversation are out of sync. The scrolling is weird when you are typing a message and you receive a new incoming message at the same time.

This app was not to bad last year, but over the last few months it is absolutely terrible. How hard is it to fix these bugs? App constantly shows inaccurate location. Messages sent to and from the watch don't get delivered. Watch location shows in another province or dosint show any location at all. The latest updates have made this app unusable. Very frustrating and this needs to be fixed. As you can see by all the other reviews, this level of service is unnaceptable.
