I tried to cancel the subscription. It takes me to the Play Store subscribtion section, but the app is not listed! I also got charges 75$ extra + he monthly subscription. I just got charged again for 68$ for the month of july! I signed up for free trial but got charged. I emailed the support twice, no response! I feel like I am being scamed and stuck! I need the refund and subscription cancelation. Is there any solution? July 12: emailed for the third time still no reply from the support!

The app does not work as expected. Plants are not detected. I tried to contact a botanist and the request never went through. I clicked in cancel subscription and I am sent to my subscriptions in the playstore..the app is not listed there and I cannot cancel it. I sent an email to their support team and they haven't answered. I need a solution !

Absolutely fraudulent app. Tried to do the 7, Day Free trial. After downloading the app and using it to identify two plants I realized it was rubbish. I had the app for about 10 minutes then cancelled the subscription. Which was supposed to be a 7-day FREE TRIAL. after cancelling it I see that this app has taken a fee from my credit card. Absolute BS do not download.

What's new
We have added Disease and Mushroom Identification History. You can access your scan info directly from the Dashboard or Search. We’ve also made visual improvements to the Plant tab of Identification History.
