Everything is fine till they scan the new phone to upgrade and then tell me that they cannot process my upgrade because there is an order in place. The store associate calls Bell, the customer service representative tells me to wait a day for the order to cancel.</P> <P><STRONG>Sunday, October 27</STRONG>- I chat with an agent through the app on messages and they proceed to tell me that I am good to go for my upgrade. The order was cancelled. I go into the store afterwards for my upgrade finally! Everything is fine… till they scan the new phone to add to my account and AGAIN not allowed to upgrade because there is still an upgrade in process. I leave the store so frustrated. I call an agent on the phone since this store associate did NOTHING to assist me. He tells me that as of 1:30 (their time) my cancellation had gone through. It was 12:48 my time.. and I was just there moments ago and the upgrade did not go through. He tells me to wait another day..</P> <P>I am seriously frustrated at this point!
