Visited For Urology Minimally Invasive Surgery

I had a large kidney stone ( above 40 mm) in the right kidney for quite sometime, but without any pain. I underwent PCNL surgery by another urology -surgen in another hospital. But not quite successful. Kind of aborted due to heavy bleeding ( I am a heart patient with a stent and take blood thinner medicine,). Subsequently I visited many ( 5 or 6) urlogy doctors. Finally, after being referred to Dr. Dubey by another urlogy doctor, I came for consultation with Dr Dubey. He suggested and performed another PCNL surgery, which was a great success and cleared 96-98%. I still had few small ones( large one 7 mm+). Dr Dubey cleared all in the second attempt by RIRS method and laser tecnology. It was one day process. Now I am cleared of my kidney stone. Entirely. Dr. Dubey, as I experienced, with my 6 - 8 interactions with him, is very , nice , gentle and amiable by nature. As I experienced, he is a highly skilled and experienced doctor , and he IS regarded as the best doctor in Bangalore,or in India in his specialisation. I will advice all to check with him first for his advice and treatment in urlogy - surgery. Extremely competent ,experienced , highly skilled, and also very soft natured , amiable, with the patients. Many many thanks to him from my and my family's side.

more..Visited For Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Experience with the doctor is very good but the hospital staff needs a lot of improvement in proper communication at the right time. Even after having an appointment, I had to wait for 45 mins as the doctor was not available and there were already 6 patients waiting. Timely information due to unavailability of doctor can help the patients to plan better while visiting the hospital especially when they come far distance from hospital.
Visited For Urology Consultation
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Had to wait for more than 2 hours with my 70 years old mother at old airport road manipal. after that the receptionist asked us to consult with a different Dr. Deepak as the original Dr. Deepak Dube seemed to be busy whole day. we went as walk in. not sure, why still they gave us Dr. Deepak's appointment. I saw patients waiting for him for 4-5 hours to show him their reports. the receptionists were prioritizing only the patients who paid money for that day's visit and they were simply uninterested about anyone coming with reports. Still, the priority patients like my mother had to wait for more than 2 hours and finally a different Dr. Deepak saw my mother. * ****** *** ******* ********** *** ***** *** ***** ****** **** ** **** ******** ** ** ** ******* ** ***** ** ******* **** **** **** Dr. Dube was unavailable to see OPD patients. **** ** ********* *********
