Very bad experience...before paying the money it was showing so many experience doctors and once payment done just provided new doctor without consulting with me. And no option to change the doctor. Totally fraud. I m struggling to connect to customer care.

Plus member here, but have had the worst experience with the app and service. While booking tests, the app won't let me add any location in entire Bangalore. Tried reaching out via WhatsApp and the response to every query, is always "Sorry I did not get that". Tried calling them, kept being told by automated voice that someone will call back, but no one did. Just pathetic. please hire better developers.

This app was previously the best, I consulted many times and it was good...but now I'm not so sure. Over the past 5 days, I've been experiencing some problems. There's an option to ask a free query, but when I post it, it goes under moderation and takes 48 hours to appear. Moreover, even when it's finally approved, there are no views. This is a change from before, when I would receive many replies within a short time after posting a query. Unfortunately, this new update has been disappointing
