LDL Cholesterol is somewhat elevated. This can be controlled by dietary changes first. 1. Need to reduce consumption of coconut oil/ghee/butter/palm oil. These are rich sources of saturated fat 2. These should be replaced with PUFA and MUFA rich oils, eg, Sunflower Oil, Mustard Oil, Safflower Oil, Groundnut Oil, Rice Bran Oil. 3. Losing some weight can also help. But the effect is small.
